2018 Honda Accord official release date
Introducing the all-new 2018 Honda Accord! It enters the model year after a complete redesign and is expected to go on sale as early as fall 2017. This is great news for car shoppers who are eager to get their hands on the new midsize model, which is unrecognizable from Accords past. In fact, the 2018 Accord sharp, aerodynamic styling is very reminiscent of the Civic lineup, but the Accord maintains its own charm.
Will there be a 2018 Accord coupe?
The new Accord’s list of updates is long and includes everything from new technologies to styling updates. However, maybe the most significant news is that there will not be a coupe body style for 2018 and only the 4-door sedan will remain.
Honda has also announced that the 2018 Accord will be lighter, larger and more powerful than ever before. It will be available in LX, Sport, EX, EX-L, EX-L Navi and Touring with a hybrid version slated for early 2018.
Inside the cabin Honda has upped the ante when it comes to comfort and has made the Accord’s interior even quieter thanks to acoustic glass, sound insulation, underbody panels and Active Noise Control technology. The stretched wheelbase allows for more space in the rear seats, a larger trunk and a sportier driving position. Honda has also added even more firmness and support to the seats for an overall more comfortable ride.
