Trick-or-Treating and Halloween 2018 Events in Farmington NM 

Halloween is about a week away and Farmington area residents are wondering where they can celebrate this excellent holiday this year! Farmington, NM has several excellent options for celebrating Halloween this year! Let’s take a look at a few of these great ways to celebrate Halloween this year! 

San Juan College Halloween Carnival 

Where: Health and Human Performance Center, 4601 College Blvd, Farmington, NM 

When: Saturday, October 27th from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM 

What: San Juan College is hosting a special Halloween Carnival the Saturday prior to Halloween this year. This event is open to the public and admission is free! The Halloween Carnival will feature various games to play, costume contests, and a zombie-themed haunted house. Carnival games can be played by purchasing game tickets for 25 cents per ticket. For more information, contact the San Juan College Student Activities Office. 

Halloween Costume Party 

Where: Sunray Park & Casino, 39 Road 5568, Farmington, NM 

When: Saturday, October 27th from 7:00 PM to Midnight 

What: The Sunray Park & Casino is hosting a Halloween Costume Party on Saturday right before Halloween this year! This is a great event for adults 21 years old and over to celebrate Halloween in style. The Halloween Costume Party will feature prizes for the costume contest categories, music, games, and a full bar! Prizes will be awarded to 1st and 2nd place finishers in the following costume contest categories: Scariest, Funniest, Best Couple, Most Creative, Most Original, and Best Dancing Couple.

BOO-Palooza 

Where: Historic Downtown Farmington, Intersection of Main St and Orchard Ave, Farmington, NM 

When: Wednesday, October 31st from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM 

What: The City of Farmington will be hosting their annual BOO-Palooza event once again this Halloween in Historic Downtown Farmington. This event is a fun and safe event for the whole family to enjoy. Visitors will be able to participate in a variety of activities including games, costume contests, and trick-or-treating!
